Demolition of an existing residence and construction of a contemporary 2 storey home. Built on a sloping sandy block with 6 adjoining neighbours, this project presented structural and logistical challenges that were overcome with extensive steel screw piling and the creation of staggered platforms across the site to work from. The structure was meticulously set out with minimal tolerances to cater for the large format custom terrazzo flooring and joinery throughout which aligns both in the vertical and horizontal planes of the building.
