This project entailed demolition of an existing residence and construction of a contemporary 3 storey home. Diamond Colours painted
Steel screw piles were utilised to transfer the building loads down to a suitable bearing level, some 10 metres below the surface in which Diamond Colours painted internal and external facade.
Diamond Colours painted the mixed palette of 'natural' materials including recycled timber and recycled brick.
